These terms govern your use of the Ace Prime website (aceprime.co) and any services provided by Ace Prime. By using the site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
The content on this site, including all text, graphics, and code, belongs to Ace Prime. You may reference or link to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without written permission.
When you engage Ace Prime for a project or retainer, the specific deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and scope are set out in the proposal or agreement we send before work begins. Those terms form part of this agreement and apply alongside these general terms.
Payment. One-time project fees are due as agreed in the project proposal. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each billing period. Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled.
Cancellation. Monthly plans can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. One-time projects are non-refundable once work has started, though we will always complete what was agreed in scope.
Ownership. Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing before the project starts.
Your responsibilities. You're responsible for providing accurate information, giving timely feedback, and having the rights to any materials you ask us to use (logos, images, copy, etc.). Delays caused by late feedback or missing materials may affect the timeline and are not our responsibility.
We are committed to delivering high-quality work and back it with the guarantees stated on our Pricing page. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue targets, lead volumes, or search rankings, since those depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, ad spend, and how the systems are used.
To the extent permitted by law, Ace Prime is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to.
Our site links to third-party websites and tools (including Calendly and Google services). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience only.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
